Please be considerate and do not disturb neighbors or loiter unnecessarily. Keep in mind that neighbors most often do not realize that our property is for sale, since we do not place a physical "For Sale" sign on the property.
While Tucker Land Company does extensive research on all our properties prior to listing them, there may be County or City regulations that we are not aware of. We encourage you to contact the county to confirm that whatever plans you have for this property are feasible.
