Tucker Land Company is a family-owned and operated land acquisition business, buying and selling real estate. We are based in Pensacola, Florida and we have been selling land for about 6 years now.

We are Josh and Tess Tucker, the husband and wife couple behind this business. We lived off grid for many years, and we also traveled for many years. We didn't know it at the time, but these things would eventually become the foundation for our land business. We learned so much about using natural resources and how to find the best places to camp and/or homestead. And now this is how we approach all of our land sales - if it's not a good property, we don't list it.

We are passionate about providing people with real estate they can afford, because we know that owning your own land is often the first step towards a life of freedom... a life where debt and bills don't control you.
