Super communication, very professional and helpful. I had no experience with buying land. The paperwork was completed expeditiously and the deed arrived promptly. Tess is great. I would have no hesitation to buy from Tucker Land Company again. Highly recommended.
This was the easiest land purchase I've ever made in my life. Tess was so easy to work with and so Pleasant. She made the purchasing process incredibly smooth.
A+++. Great price, easy process, very communicative. I would totally recommend.
I bought a plot of land in Trea Piedras while in a rural village in Malawi Africa. They made it painless and helped with the logistics I was having being overseas. Cant wait to see my new lil piece of land! Thanks everyone!
We had an exceptional experience. I was skeptical since this was our 1st land purchase , but everything went as planned and even smoother than expected. I recommend Tucker Land company to purchase land. Thanks for everything! We're enjoying our 10 acres.
Amazing from start to finish. I love how they give you all of the information you need right on their website so you don't have to go searching like I've had to do whilst looking for land on other platforms. They make it easy to reach out to the county for verification. If you're looking to buy land this is the company for you!!! Will be recommending my friends and family!
Tucker Land Company made the process straightforward and efficient. Tess and her team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Everything moved quickly, and communication was clear throughout. I would recommend Tucker Land Company to anyone considering a land purchase.
A pleasure to work with! Tess Tucker was very accessible by text, phone, and email and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend TLC!
They were so knowledgeable about off grid life, helped me figure out the best property for my needs and I'm super happy with what I bought. I had called a few other land companies and they didn't even know the zoning rules about the properties they were selling! So if you're buying vacant land for homesteading or RV life, definitely go with Tucker Land Company. They know their stuff and their website is so easy to use.
The property I bought is exactly where I wanted to be. Quiet, beautiful views, and still close enough to town. Location was everything to me, and they delivered.
Good people. I love the land I bought. They were quick to respond to my emails and the process was easy. Thank you so much. 1st time land owner

Would definitely recommend! Very smooth and responsive. Have purchased multiple plots from them, and it's always done very quickly.
My experience with Tucker Land Company was great! Tess was prompt answering any questions I had. There was also very little guessing everything was transparent. I highly recommend purchasing with them.
Very professional company. Quick to answer questions and get back to you. We have had no issues!
Great experience with Tucker land company, and my land purchase... I highly recommend them, they did exactly as they claimed, and that is amazing in today's world of lack of respect for customers.... And I'm already looking at new property to buy from them.
