HOW TO PURCHASE
1) A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is due to reserve the property. This will count towards the purchase price. Fill out the Deed Information form below and then you will be redirected to a checkout page where you can pay the deposit.
2) We accept debit or credit for the deposit.
3) You will receive a confirmation of payment (via email), for your records.
4) After you pay the deposit, we will email you a Purchase Contract and an invoice for the remaining balance. You can pay the balance via credit card, debit card, split the payment between multiple cards, wire transfer, or cashier's check. The balance is due within 3 calendar days of your $1,000 deposit.
5) You are free to use the property immediately as soon as you pay in full. We will email you with all of your property information.
6) We will prepare and e-file deed paperwork with the appropriate County Office, at no additional cost to you. We will email you an official copy of the deed once the County has finished processing it. It may take a few weeks before the deed transfer is complete.
