
HOW TO PURCHASE
1) Fill out the Deed Information form below and then you will be redirected to a checkout page where you can make payment.
2) We accept debit or credit. You will receive a confirmation of payment (via email), for your records.
3) After you pay, we will prepare and mail (within 7 calendar days) deed transfer paperwork to the appropriate County Office, at no additional cost to you. We will email you with a postal tracking number once this paperwork has been mailed so you know when the County has received it.
4) You are free to use the property as soon as you pay!

1) A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is due to reserve the property. This will count towards the purchase price. Fill out the Deed Information form below and then you will be redirected to a checkout page where you can pay the deposit.

3) After you pay the deposit, we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance. You can pay the balance via credit card, debit card, or you can split the payment between multiple cards. The balance is due within 24 hours of your $1,000 deposit.
4) We will prepare and mail (within 7 calendar days of your full payment) deed transfer paperwork to the appropriate County Office, at no additional cost to you. We will email you with a postal tracking number once this paperwork has been mailed so you know when the County has received it.
5) You are free to use the property as soon as you pay in full!
