HOW IT WORKS

-We will prepare and mail deed transfer paperwork to the county clerk's office so that they can transfer the property into your name. When we send it off, we’ll email you a postal tracking number so you know when the paperwork arrives. After the clerk processes the paperwork, the county will mail you a physical copy of your new deed. Typically you will receive this in about 3 or 4 weeks from now.
-You are free to use the property as soon as you pay.

-A deposit of $1,000 is due now to reserve the property. Click on "Checkout Now" to enter your payment information and fill out our Deed Information form. We accept debit or credit card payments. You will receive a confirmation of payment (via email), for your records.
-We will email you a contract by the next business day, and an invoice for the remaining balance. The remaining balance is due within 3 calendar days of your $1,000 deposit, and you can pay the balance via ACH payment, wire transfer, credit card, debit card, or cashier's check. (We will send instructions when we send the contract.)
-Once the contract is signed and the balance is paid in full, we will prepare and mail deed transfer paperwork to the county clerk's office so that they can transfer the property into your name. When we send it off, we’ll email you a postal tracking number so you know when the paperwork arrives. After the clerk processes the paperwork, the county will mail you a physical copy of your new deed. Typically you will receive this in about 3 or 4 weeks from now.
