***PLEASE NOTE: If you'd like to speak to the county to verify that we own this property, the County Clerk's office records all deeds, so they are the ones to speak with. Other departments may NOT have our name in their database, as many county offices only update records periodically. All of our properties are deeded in our LLC name: Tucker Investment Enterprises, LLC. (Tucker Land Company is our DBA.)
All buyers are encouraged, whenever possible, to drive by the desired property prior to purchase. You do not need to request our permission first.
Please be considerate and do not disturb neighbors or loiter unnecessarily. Keep in mind that neighbors most often do not realize that our property is for sale, since we do not place a physical "For Sale" sign on the property.
While Tucker Land Company does extensive research on all our properties prior to listing them, there may be County or City regulations that we are not aware of. We encourage you to contact the county to confirm that whatever plans you have for this property are feasible.
HOW TO PURCHASE
PROPERTIES UNDER $10,000
1) Click on "Begin Purchase" (below) and you will be directed to the checkout page for this specific property. There will be a "Checkout" button on that page, and after you click on it you will be prompted to fill out our Deed Information form (this is how you will let us know what names you want on the deed, and where you would like the deed mailed.)
2) At the bottom of the form you will enter your payment information. We accept debit, credit, or ACH (also known as "e-check" or "transfers"). You will receive a confirmation of payment (via email), for your records.
3) We will prepare and mail deed transfer paperwork to the county clerk's office within 7 days of receiving your payment (14 days for ACH payments), and the county will transfer the property into your name. When we send that paperwork off to the county, we’ll email you a postal tracking number so you know when the paperwork arrives. After the clerk processes the paperwork, the county will mail you a physical copy of your new deed. Typically you will receive this in about 3 or 4 weeks from now.
