-Click on "Checkout Now" to enter your payment information and fill out our Deed Information form. We accept debit or credit card payments. You will receive a confirmation of payment (via email), for your records.

-We will prepare and mail deed transfer paperwork to the county clerk's office so that they can transfer the property into your name. When we send it off, we’ll email you a postal tracking number so you know when the paperwork arrives.

 

-After the clerk processes the paperwork, the county will mail you a physical copy of your new deed. Typically you will receive this in about 3 or 4 weeks from now.

-You are free to use the property as soon as you pay.
